What QC photos actually cover

A typical QC folder shows the item from multiple angles, close-ups on stitching or logos, the tag or box, and any visible defects the warehouse spotted. What to check

  • Overall shape — silhouette matches the row title and reference photos.
  • Colorway — colors match the row description, not a different variant.
  • Stitching — even, no loose threads at seams.

  • Tags and box — for sneakers, sole stamps and box labels match.
  • Overall finish — no obvious defects, stains or damage.

Common red flags

If the photo folder shows a color that does not match the row title, reject and ask for the correct variant. If stitching is uneven or seams show loose thread, reject.
