The six columns, in order

Every tab on the Oopbuy Spreadsheet Hub uses the same column layout — that consistency is one of the sheet's most underrated features. Left to right you will see: row number, product name, reference link, photo folder, price band and seller notes. Understand those six columns and the eleven categories become readable at a glance.

Reading the product name

Names follow a simple pattern: brand or line, model, colorway. A row that says “BR AF1 Black” means Brand → Air Force 1 model → black colorway. Sub-brands and collabs appear in brackets. This shorthand is why the sheet feels dense on first read but becomes fast to scan once you have seen five or six rows.

Photo folders and how to preview safely

The photo-folder column links to a small image directory. Since the 2026 refresh most folders open in a preview panel rather than a bare listing. Decoding the notes shorthand

  • TTS — true to size.
  • +.5 — community suggests sizing up half.
  • QC ok — quality control passes usually clean on this row.
  • Slow ship — takes longer to dispatch (a note for time-sensitive cross-border orders).
  • Hot — actively ordered this week; expect stock swings.
  • Consolidates — bundles well with other rows for a single cross-border shipment.

A simple save-for-later flow
