The four silhouettes

The Jackets tab on the Oopbuy Spreadsheet Hub splits into four sub-strips: puffers, shells, windbreakers and overshirts. Puffers dominate winter with heavy fill and quilted panels. Shells run three seasons. Windbreakers are the transitional layer for early autumn. Overshirts sit between a heavy shirt and a light jacket. Fabric and fill notes

Puffer rows call out fill power and fill weight — higher fill power means warmer at less weight, which matters when shipping bulk. Shell rows note whether the outer is coated or bonded. Windbreaker rows note whether the fabric is packable. Overshirt rows note flannel, twill or heavier canvas. Read those notes before opening the photo folder.

Season pairing

Sizing conventions

  • Puffers — usually TTS; size up only if you plan to layer a heavy hoodie underneath.
  • Shells — TTS or slightly boxy; check the notes.
  • Windbreakers — often boxy; size normally, expect a relaxed fit.
  • Overshirts — TTS with drop shoulders on many rows.
